Volunteering Matters (formerly CSV) is a national volunteering organisation that wanted a new name and brand to reflect the positive impact that volunteering has on individuals and their community.
We were asked to create an exciting brand that engaged with people of different ages to help expand the levels of volunteering across the UK. This project was created at Spencer duBois.
Volunteering Matters won a Silver Award in the 2017 Transform Awards, for "Best brand development project to reflect changed mission/values/position". It was also nominated for the 2016 Third Sector Award.
My role on the project
- Working with the team to come up with name options (renaming from CSV).
- Creating a dynamic logo and the different slogans that lock in to it.
- Working with the senior designer to implement the brand, in particular for the website.
